Dr. Kweku Ainuson is the Board Chairman of CreditMall Limited. He has been involved in a wide range of issues in our Transaction and Regulatory Practice including all types of M & A work, Joint Ventures, Corporate Immigration, General Corporate Governance and Finance work.
