Board of Directors

Dr. Kweku Gyan Ainuson
Board Chairman, Credit Mall Limited
Dr. Kweku Ainuson is the Board Chairman of CreditMall Limited. He has been involved in a wide range of issues in our Transaction and Regulatory Practice including all types of M & A work, Joint Ventures, Corporate Immigration, General Corporate Governance and Finance work. He has over the years provided advisory services to leading indigenous and foreign based companies operating in Ghana. He has provided advisory services in the areas of Business Strategy, Employment Law, Tax Law, Company Law and Natural Resources Law among many others.

Prince Amuzu
Non-Executive Director
Prince Amuzu is an Assistant Director I with the Ghana Education Service and a Cost Accounting and Financial Accounting Tutor at the Presbyterian Senior High School at Bechem in the Brong Ahafo Region.

Francis Awan Ndago
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Francis Ndago was appointed to the Teachers' Fund Board in 2022. He is the Deputy Director for Finance and Administration at the District Education Directorate at Bongo in the Upper East Region.

Ato Kwamina Micah
Non-Executive Director
Ato is the Managing Principal of Maverick Research with 19 years of work experience across Market and Social Research, Brand Management, and General Management. Previously, Ato led Nielsen's Retail Measurement Practice in Ghana and Nigeria, covering over 100 FMCG categories in both markets.

Yaw Owusu Dapaah
Non-Executive Director
Yaw Owusu Dapaah is currently the Chief Risk Officer of the Teachers' Fund. He has about 17 years working experience, 9 years of which have been spent in the Banking Industry.

Marilyn Asante Osei
Board Secretary
Marilyn serves as the Board Secretary for Credit Mall Limited. She is a Lawyer and Senior Associate at AB Lexmall and Associates and has been involved in many complex transactions that the firm has been engaged in. She has worked on M&A Transactions, Complex due Diligence Projects across several industries, and provided Legal Advisory Services to both local and international companies.

Sheila Ayivor
Head of Business Development
Sheila Ayivor is a seasoned business development and marketing professional with over a decade of experience in business expansion, merchant onboarding, financial technology, and customer engagement. Since joining Credit Mall Limited in July 2021, she has played a pivotal role in the company's strategic transformation, leading initiatives that have enhanced brand positioning, market penetration, and customer engagement across multiple SBUs.
